Onion Marmalade

This old fashioned recipe combines balsamic vinegar with caramelised onions to give an exquisite rich taste, perfect for cold meats - particularly poultry, fine cheeses and poachers pie. This product has been made in small batches using traditional methods and experience gained over 100 years of preserve manufacturing.

 

Marygold Onion Marmalade

Ingredients: Onions 37%, sugar, balsamic vinegar, muscovado sugar, olive oil, gelling agent: natural fruit pectin, lemons, citric acid.
