Rhubarb and Ginger Extra Jam

Rhubarb and Ginger are made for each other and this jam is the fantastic result. This jam has been made in small batches using traditional methods and experience gained over 100 years of preserve manufacturing.

Ingredients: sugar, rhubarb 35%, stem ginger 10%, lemon, gelling agent:
natural fruit pectin, citric acid.
Prepared with 45g of fruit per 100g
Total sugar content 63g per 100g
